This is a series of beautiful, spectacular waterfalls you can view and photograph easily from your car in the pull off parking spots on 64 north of Highlands, NC that don’t require any hiking. The falls were especially beautiful with the fall foliage.

This is and absolutely gorgeous sight any time of the year. The best view is heading east from Franklin. There is a tiny pull off to stop but don't stay too long so others may also stop.

I hopped the rocks to the fall. It was fun. The local said I could jump in the water but I declined the offer. Great photo opportunities here.

We stopped off here briefly on our route 64 waterfall hunt. Parking is tight and the falls are nice. However, we did not have time to hike to the base. I imagine the view from the base is spectacular.

We were doing one of our many falls tours. We hit 4 different ones on this day. This one is very near road and fairly easy to park. Can be easy to miss but worth the stop. Enjoy NC!!! Cheers!!

Great, cascading waterfall road side on the highway from Franklin, NC up to Highlands. Parking is limited so visit early if you can. We climbed on the rocks, watched the waders (brrr) and took some nice photos. Coming back to river bank, one of our...More
