My husband and I hiked Glen Falls with another couple over New Year's weekend. There are three distinct falls with overlook areas, and an area near the beginning of the hike where you can look out over the top of the falls with some awesome views. The hike itself is easy on the way down, and moderate on the way... More

Didn't know what to expect on this hike but the view and the beautiful nature was worth the sweat! I would definitely recommend it!

A friend and I went on a hike to Glen Falls. The scenery is beautiful. Because of the drought, the falls were pretty much dried up. The hike is kind of intensive, so wear appropriate attire. It is down a dirt road, so you may need to park along the side once you start seeing cars.

Moderately easy to hike trail down to 3 or 4 viewing points. Really gorgeous. Quiet peaceful afternoon.

Nice 2 Mile round trip hike with three cascades; near the bottom of the trail are a lot of tree roots. A walking stick was very helpful.

We were here the first week of November. Weather was gorgeous and there were still many changing leaves. The falls however, though beautiful, were definitely not in their full glory due to lack of rain. Downhill hike in, means for uphill hike out....no way around that! It was a perfect distance of a couple of miles each way for a... More

Great hike but be prepared for the 700 feet descent. The trail descends gradually but the steps can be hard on the knees. The hike back up is strenuous so be prepared.

The falls were minimal at this time of year. I don't think we made it all the way to the bottom but the views were not what we were expecting. I had a fun time, but coming back up was very tough. I thought my 60 year old mother might kill me (if she didn't die herself). We're both out... More

We hiked this trail with our dog and she loved it so much. We first stopped at the top of the falls where you can look out over the falls. There is no railing or anything so you have to be careful. Then we ventured down to the bottom where we let our pup swim around a little and got... More
