This place is perfect for families with young children, or solo. Nice workout stations on the path for extra curricular workout. Not just walking. The paths are nice and smooth for running or walking

Go to this nice walking trail a couple of times a week. Challenging trails and nicely shaded in places.

Well-maintained, easy trails for walking my dog. Can increase activity at own pace, and there are plenty of benches to rest, as well as exercise/stretching stations. Partially shaded, so good even on hot or misty days. Facilities are well kept, also offers picnic areas. Good...More

This is where I hike now. I love to get up early in the morning , grab a quick breakfast and spend about three hours on the various trail.

Really enjoyed this local trail. Great workout and some good views. Not extremely difficult but some hills. Good for any fitness level.
