My husband and his friend got haircuts and they really were great. Old timers come in a talk. The manager? is a hoot. Lots of banter and friendliness. Do not miss it.

Bill, the son of the original owner, was very informative about the shop. And he’ll even take your picture in the barber chair to add to the collection on the wall.

This place looks just like it did on the television show. Owner keeps the place in character. Photographs everywhere to relive the past. If you grew up in the 1950s and 1960s, this is a place to visit. The entire street is a must see...More

Bill opened up the shop because he was around. His dad was “Floyd” cut hair for years but Bill was a school teacher so he cut one hair! It was a lovely visit.
