Before I visited with a reunion group I had seen pictures and read an article about the update, but nothing prepared me for how truly awesome the renovation is in person. They were able to create a museum heralding the sports history of all sports at NCSU while maintaining a space that is the home of several sports including women’s... More

North Carolina State University has recently remodeled Reynolds Coliseum. Along with the update, galleries of historical artifacts are on display in the new Grand Hall. The northern section of seats were removed to form the display area. Along with now being the home of the Lady Wolfpack the arena contains a striking new exhibition entrance hall. This Grand Hall pays... More

We went to a men's basketball game. The arena has a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Everyone had an enjoyable game. It certainly helped that the men won in OT.

We watched a ladies basketball game at the newly renovated Reynolds Coliseum. NCSU managed to update the facility without losing it's rich history. Well done NCSU

I'd been to Reynolds countless times when NC State played its basketball games there and to be honest, the old lady was really starting to show her age. But thanks to AD Debbie Yow and her staff, the old building is now a new, modern state-of-the art palace. The court has been moved so that the atmosphere is more intimate,... More

I had not been back to Reynold's since I graduated in 1994. I was very pleased to see the renovations (including air conditioning) are now completed. It is a very nicely styled building with lots of memorabilia and information about the Wolfpack. The facility was very clean and well-maintained. It does feature ramps for the disabled which was helpful to... More

Just toured Reynolds after the renovations and it is beautiful! It still incorporates elements from the original Reynolds, but has undergone a major facelift. Most notably, it has air conditioning. YAY! If you've had any history with the old Reynolds, go visit! It's open daily for people to walk through.

Reynolds has just reopened after undergoing it's first major renovation since it was opened in 1949. The renovation took about 14-15 months. The front 1/3 has been completely changed to now hold the NC State University Walk of Fame and offices for Women's Basketball and Volleyball. That 1/3 was completely gutted and rebuilt. The basketball court has been moved to... More

From the time it was built in the mid 1900's, Reynolds has be the HOME to the NC State Wolfpack. As a 2nd generationer, I was partial to the place. However, I can say there is magic under the roof of that place. From Case to Sloan to Valvano, it is the place to watch a college basketball game of... More
