If you enjoy a venue that is close by and right off the highway, check out the PNC Arena. Any seat is a good seat at any hockey game, concert, basketball game, or kids show.

The arena was great!. Clean and welcoming. Food a little pricey but, it was to be expected. Walking distance from the Comfort Inn & Suites ... across the driveway from NC State arena. Parking was organized...but rather walk from hotel to arena.

The Hyatt in my opinion is nicer, but since you're going to an event at the PNC Arena, I would say go ahead with Comfort Suites. It is very nice, closer and there are some food options near by.
attending a comedy show how is the floor seating?

Not a bad seat in the place. I prefer the lower level but there is good visibility from the higher seats.
I am planning to see the Hurricane's play. I am planning on going to the buffet at the arena. Can anyone give me ideas for a good seating time for the buffet before the game. Also, any advice on where to park. Thank you!

Plenty of parking (you have to pay) around arename. If it's a weekday get there 2 hours before gametime.
