Loved the atmosphere, parking is super easy and well navigated, you can get in and out fairly quickly. The only downside that we experienced was the air-conditioning was constantly blowing at a really high speed, which made many of our fellow fans uncomfortable throughout the...More

I had never been to the Arena for a concert. The venue was clean and many options for food and local craft beer to choose from. Plenty of bathrooms. Also plenty of attendants to help you find your seats. Very good experience.

The arena itself is a great place with a resturant right inside to catch a meal before the show / game. However the acoustics in the arena were not design for concerts.

Be prepared to spend money to enjoy your event. The place is great as long as you avoid the nose bleed seats. The prices for the extras compared to others re reasonable and the personnel are attentive and kind.

The Hyatt in my opinion is nicer, but since you're going to an event at the PNC Arena, I would say go ahead with Comfort Suites. It is very nice, closer and there are some food options near by.

Not a bad seat in the place. I prefer the lower level but there is good visibility from the higher seats.
