The way over to the Dragon Pavilion parts the lake, which is nice to see on both sides. Nice views to either sides. I arrived here just after the flower festival and people were removing the flowers and stands. I could see that it was...More

This is the main sight inside Long Ting Park and is included in the park's RMB60 entrance fee. It's not an original building and the base is simply ugly, painted concrete, but the hike up the steep steps to the recreation of the throne room...More

Very central, this is for me, the number 1 site in Kaifeng. The temple itself is not so big, but the scenic area around it is really beautiful, so I would recommend you to have apicnic there, and enjoy the nature, maybe even take a...More

The palace that can be seen right now is the latest version, which has been rebuilt obove the old palace. But even its latest rebuilt is still old and majestic. The whole area around the palace is also nicely preserved. Worth a visit!

A lovely site, easy to get around. Is a smaller version of the "Peoples palace" or Forbidden City in Beijing. Lovely gardens. A lovely lake to take a boat ride.

Skip this if you don't have very much time. Especially so if you have been to the Forbidden Palace. The exterior looks better than the interior. View from the top is nothing to shout about too.

Garden with lakes on both sides, beautiful flowers along the pathway that led to the palace building. All the buildings were rebuilt and missing the authenticity.

I have been there sometimes, I think the most important thing about Dragon Pavilion is not to see the stairs, the tower and the hall in Dragon Pavilion like the picture above, the most important thing is to feel the significance and magnificence of the...More
