Good sized temple. As expected, pretty quiet and good for reflection. Had a little park area on the site as well. With that said, if you have been to other temples in China, this one is very similar.

Located somewhere in the foothill of the Yuelu Mountain. It can be part of your Yuelu climb. Cost 5 or 10 yuan for the entrance.

This was a beautiful temple complex and park. We tried to be respectful of the many people who were there for worship, but it wasn't always clear what was intrusive and what was not.

The grounds were pleasant to walk through and it had a feel of being "genuine" but in all honesty, I didn't understand a lot of what was going on.

Kai Fu consists of several small temples and the Kai Fu Temple itself. One of the main temples in Changsha. Beautiful, atmospheric, special buddhist shops all around it. If you wish you can even be a volunteer there for some days or months.
