You can go up there by walk or by cable from Wulingyuan National forest . Buy the pass from the ticket counter and pass validity for 4days . Probably it take about 2-3hours walk from 10miles drawing stones all the way uphill to reach Tianzi mountain . It really worth to take a walk if you would like to enjoy... More

Probably one of the most popular spots in the park and its easy to see why. Towering pinnacles as far as the eye can see from the various viewpoints. Crowds are almost guaranteed so patience is a must, same like many big hitter tourist sites in China. Well worth the hassle especially on a clear day!

Ride the world's longest cable car to the top and enjoy hiking with spectacular views, There is a short glass bottom walkway that hugs the cliff side, highly recommended. On the way down we took a series of long escalator half way down and then took the bus through many hairy turns (99 turns claimed but I lost count). Certainly... More

Out of all the areas in ZJJ, this place is most developed. The walkways are wide and paved and there is a McDonalds in case you need to stop and have coffee and a burger. Practically empty so it was easy to find seats. Spent a few hours there killing time and resting my leg and feet.

Theres a high and long cable car up to the mountain, cost 72rmb a person one way. Nothing interesting on the top, you should ride one stop in the bus to get to the view platforms. Nice views up there, but be sure you've chosen the right weather day. Otherwise it may be cloudy and absolutely nothing to see except... More

This is my first mountain stop in ZhangJiaJie National Park. It is easy to reach – take the cable car from Wulingyuan entrance, then take the free bus and alight at first stop. A short walk from the entrance is the Helong Park (贺龙公园). Nothing interesting, just a bronze statue of marshal Helong. Then head to 3 viewpoints which are... More

Nothing fantastic. Came up here because of the cable ride. Other parts of the National Forest Park offer better views.

Here again you get to see the impressive geological formations from different views. On a sunny day they are incredible to see. Can be a bit crowded so go at a time of the year when it isn't high season. Best time to go is the shoulder season. Fewer crowds and cooler temps. Take the nice walk down the mountain.... More

Get the cable car to the top. And just stroll around and enjoy the views. Nice temple at the top also. Lots of balconies for picture opportunities. Be aware it will be busy . Take water snacks and an umbrella. But boy oh boy are the views good
