Plenty to see

Pulpit rock itself is an amazing cliff face with interesting features. You can also see the whales and shearwaters travelling south.

Unless you are dead bent to test the axle of your 2WD, skip this place. Forget unsealed road, there is not even a proper track to this place... The view are good but not so great so in summary, No not at all worth the drive

Bit of a drive on dirt road. Toilets at site. Huge rock near ocean. Saw some people balloon fishing there. Great place to take photos and walk on the rocks. Beautiful to see waves near rock.

We have a few fishing mates who travel here annually to chase the "big fish". Many years ago Pulpit Rock enjoyed legendary status for kingies and tuna. We've been told by the local fishermen mako sharks have also been caught off the rock shelves here in the past. Yesterday the catch of the day by our mates was salmon. The... More

As said in other comments it's located not far from the light house in Green Cape. I preferred the scenery from City Rock which is on the same area. Most of the pictures in this gallery are not from Pulpit rock Australia. It's on the coast.

Pulpit rock is on the north side of Greencape and part of a very rugged coastline. It is not far from the lighthouse . Only experienced divers should enter the water here because on most days there are swells and high winds are commonplace. Back in 1994 a fishing trawler came to grief not far from here towards the lighthouse.... More

The road was a little rough but it was well worth it. Interesting rock formations and a nice view of the ocean.

Great fishing and just a beautiful national park, lots of kangaroos and possums and some giant goannas as well, the bush tracks private beaches and lookouts make it a must see in Eden

Another ocean view, but not the most spectacular that you'll find in the Ben Boyd National Park. More interesting if you find rock fisherman using the site as it's a large drop into the ocean from the top.
