The residence is truly a show of how the rich lived in that time. It has been beautifully preserved for the majority and restored where required. Worth the visit. We were there for about 60 minutes.

This huge home has a fascinating history of wealth, family intrigues and eventual gifting to the Adelaide University. Well worth a visit, a tour and a talk with the caretakers who are very knowledgeable.

This is a must. It is unbelievable and contains so much history. You can walk in the rooms and just take your time and get a feel of what it must have been like in its hey day.
