Great course. Some great holes along the salt marsh. Try the signature drink of the course. Friendly staff

We had fanstic time at Oyster Bay. They offered breakfast or lunch with paid round. We had lunch, sandwichs were fresh and delicious. Course was in great shape. Lots of wildlife to see. Second time playing course had great experience will surely return.

I love Oyster Bay, it is challenging and in good condition. This week they had a deal you couldn't refuse $25 after 12 golf, 2 drinks including beer and lunch. Played in 4.5 hours and really enjoyed it. Our lunch was great too, I had the "wedge" a grilled chicken sandwich with fries. The waitress Debbie was very good as... More

Four groups played recently. As loyalty members we receive breakfast, lunch and 2 beverages. The course is an excellent layout but it is starting to show its age. Several of the tee boxes were in bad shape, greens had just been sanded so putting was difficult.

I have always loved this course having first played it in 1988. But the Oyster Bay I played today is not the same course that it used to be when Golf Digest had it ranked in the top 50 public courses in USA. Perhaps the course is just coming out of "winter conditions", but I found the fairway grass to... More

The cart paths are awful. The greens are fast and there and water hazards abound to challenge your game. Where there is water there are gators. We were warned by the staff that there was a little gator hanging out on the 13th hole but not warned at all about the other 5 big guys who prefer the back 9.... More

Oyster bay was part of a legends golf package we booked. This course was terrible from every aspect. Service in clubhouse and restaurant was rude and poor. Course was in terrible condition. The rest of the legends courses @ legends were top notch but avoid this one if you can!

The cart paths are in need of some repair, but the rest of the course is great. Fast greens, over seeded fairways, and a tough, long and hazard lined layout so choose your tees accordingly. The bunkers are deep but play well with lots of sand in them. Take extra balls with you if you don't drive the ball well. The... More

I booked a tee time for my husband and I during a long weekend trip to Sunset Beach. Staff was friendly and efficient, and the Breakfast/Lunch/2 Drinks included in the price of 18 holes made the slightly higher price well worth it. The course was challenging even for my husband who is a decent golfer (He shot a 78 and... More

The course is beautiful views and has a great layout. However the tee boxes need to be replaced and the place needs an overhaul from a maintenance perspective. Until they're able to do that I will not be back.
