If you don't want to kayak with a bunch of boats speeding all around you, this is the place to go. Gorgeous area, good amount of parking - great beach area to get in the water at. Nice bathrooms and picnic area available.

Here's a lovely lake which is a safe haven for kayaks and canoes...no motorized boats allowed. Nice beach along with an easy to launch area.
