Enjoyed hearing about the residents and history. Didn't care for people joining mid tour but what are you going to do.

Lori gave us an excellent tour of a portion of historic downtown Wilmington on a warm summer evening. She could not have been more gracious or informative. We enjoyed learning about the people and places associated with the historic homes and other sites. Lori knows her stuff and is kind and patient with questions and picture taking, etc. Highly recommended.

We did tour #1 out of 7, as told to us by our tour guide. He was witty and knowledgeable about the area. A nice 45-50 minute ride around downtown with interesting stories to take home!

We had a great time! Lori is so knowledgeable about Wilmington history. It was hot and humid, but she made it so much fun and so interesting we forgot about the heat! I would recommend this walking tour to anyone that loves history.

Lori was FANTASTIC!!! She was very informative while making the tour a lot of fun as well!!! She gave us all kinds of fun facts and a lot o historical information. She has worked as a docent in several of the historical homes and has a wealth of knowledge to share. Tom Brokaw even took a tour with her!!

I've taken two tours with Lori and her knowledge, humor, and presentation were wonderful on both tours. During the old Wilmington tour, we walked past historic homes and heard interesting and fascinating stories of their past. During the Cotton Exchange tour, we were entertained with the stories of the ghosts and past of this historic site. Thanks, Lori, and we'll... More

This one hour walking tour led by Lori is jam-packed with all kinds of stories and details that bring the history of Wilmington to life. Although it was almost 100 degrees we did not want it to end. We got to learn about the families that shaped the city, viewed the exteriors of their homes(many now B&B's) as well as... More

We explored Wilmington several times during our 2 day stay. The town is very charming with so much to see and explore. It's very easy to navigate by walking and taking in all the sites. We really enjoyed it.

The ghost tour was fun and interesting. We learned a lot about the history of the area with some fun little tidbits of ghost sightings in the past. My daughter was disappointed that she didn't see any real ghosts!
