Restaurants, bars, shops, many varieties in each. Horse and carriage rides. Riverwalk there also. Parts of it reminded us of downtown New Orleans. Very cool vibe. Day or night, fun place to go!

Using Wilmington as a setting in a novel I am writing. Are there any tea rooms or little restaurants that would be good for a mother/daughter outing? Also, would it be realistic to say that there were signs for an agency devoted to helping foster or at risk kids? Thank you for any help you can give me!
