Great story tellers. Awesome and unique way to see the city. Interesting history of the city while having a fun time that is outside of the norm

Our guide sounded like he was recalling a script he memorized in order to get the job. He frequently stammered and had rough moments. His frequent misuse of uncommon words reveals that the words were not his. The effect was that it sounded as if we were being read to - not told stories. This also would have been better... More

We had Jamie, he was a decent storyteller but moved WAY too fast for some of the guests. Didn't see and ghosts but it was still a fun experience.

We went on a tour with Jamie as our guide and this dude is fantastic! You can tell that he is passionate about sharing the haunted history of this incredible town and he is very captivating. He is very knowledgable about how everything fits together in the context of the city's history. Would highly recommend!

Twenty of us took the tour, Brittany was a great tour guide. The walk through town hearing the stories was a great way to start off our visit to Wilmington. Everyone really enjoyed it and we are still talking about it today! Take this 1.5 hour tour. You will not be disappointed.

We were told by a friend that we needed to do a ghost tour while in Wilmington. Apparently, there are lots of ghosts/ghost stories here. So we went on a tour and got to wander around the historic district in the dark. I think we stopped at 6 spots with each having a story. We found ourselves in a couple... More

We travelled from Chapel Hill 125 miles to see what had been recommended as an excellent Ghost Walk. They must of had an off night because out experience was terrible, two large groups went out one group with a costumed guide our host not in costume and she rushed us along reciting a script with no feeling or drama at... Although we did not see any actual ghosts during our time on the tour, the storytelling and ambiance throughout historic Wilmington during the 90 minute walk about was well worth the cost. Our guide (Laurie I believe ) was knowledgeable and spoke with sincerity and confidence at every stop of the way. It was definitely a wonderful addition to our... More

Despite the guide's (Michael) efforts to "spook up" the tour, it just wasn't. We spent 90 minutes walking around downtown and heard five tales of supposedly spooky stories. At one point he took us all the way down one street and then announced that he had changed his mind and we turned around and went all the way back. He... More
