Only got a map. Didn't want to pay $30 for a pass to look at places that are not easily located. It was great to see the organ. They do need to clarify that the sights aren't right there.More

We recently spent a few hours touring Old Salem. I feel the self guided tour was excellent. All of the stops were informative and very period. The buildings were well maintained. Make sure the weather is good for your trip. There is quite a bit...More

We really enjoy visiting and no matter how many times we go we always learn something new. The bakery always has lots of goodies. Staff always goes out of their way to answer questions.

It's a nice stop over for a hour or so. Houses are in a very good shape and provide a great view of early Moravian settlement. Some more in depth explanations would have been nice. Food is not so good.More

This Colonial Moravian settlement has something for most anyone. Though smaller than Colonial Williamsburg, it is actually much more interesting for many reasons. It is a living part of a thriving city, home to Salem College, Salem Academy and Home Moravian Church, ongoing legacies of...More

It felt like you fell back in time! Learned a lot of history on how people lived back in the time, their traditions, occupations and culture. Very interesting for both kids and adults. Will be back again!
