Visited there twice last year for lunch and dinner with our granddaughter. The staff could not have been nicer. The lobster Mac and cheese is as good as advertised. Just a relaxing location with solid menu.

Birders, grab your binoculars and scope and head to the south end of Wrightsville Beach, at the end of U.S. 76. Scan the Masonboro Inlet for waterfowl, gulls, gannets, and loons.

Family friendly. Lots of shells to find. Lifeguards make you feel safe. Kid friendly and the waters were calm. Lots of surfers too in the mornings.

You know you hit the jackpot when it is a 70 degree weekend, full sun and a clear sky. The icing on the cake. All the parking meters are gone. What a "WIN"

The beaches are pretty empty this time of year. Makes it nice to walk along the shore looking for shells. Most local beach shops are closed for the season.
