Made a detour of the Interstate to visit this site. Followed the on line directions -- it can easily be missed since it is off the beaten path. Oscar-Zero gives you a excellent idea of what it was/is like to live the life of an Airman in the missile command. The tour starts off with a short video on the... More

Made a 30 mile detour off I-94 while driving home to MN from west coast. Wasn't sure what to expect but missile site turned out to be the 2nd best highlight of the trip. (Glacier Nat'l Park was #1). Site offers a very informative 20 minute video followed by a tour of approx. 1 hour that takes you thru the... More

This is an EXCELLENT way to learn the history of ICBMs and the cold war. You start with a 20 minute video on cold war and nuclear bomb history. Then a tour guide takes you through the top side structure of a minuteman ICBM launch facility. Your tour ends with an underground tour of the launch facility. Our tour guide... More

We made a special trip to the site, which is just about necessary. You don't go to Oscar-Zero by accident. The fee is reasonable for the tour, and the tour is comprehensive at one hour in duration, focusing on the interior of the building and the underground control center. It's a trippy experience into the very recent past, and provides... More

A stop at the Ronald Reagan Minuteman Missile Site is well worth the off the beaten track type of visit. We were traveling in a motor home and there was plenty of room to park the RV while there. The site is just as it was the day that the site was shut down in 1997. A cold war relic... More

We took a side trip here while visiting Grand Forks. First off, there were only 4 of us, so that was good. Secondly, the other gentleman in our group had been stationed at the Grand Forks Air Force Base when the missile site was in operation & he had worked out there many times. The tour was very good &... More

Excellent 1.5 hour tour (including video) with Becky. Got a chance to see the Oscar-Zero missile facility, including the above ground living area and below ground launch command center. Amazing how close up close and personal you can get with history on this tour. Highly recommended.

I thoroughly enjoyed going to the Ronald Reagan Minuteman missile site. As we were driving a RV . We drove to Cooperstown the night before and found a wonderful campsite at the town park with full service. We got there about 1030 as they open at 10. I was the only one there other than the staff . I was... More

Based on ND Welcome Center information gathered during our cross-country trip, we detoured to see both he main missile man site (control bunker) and one of the actual missiles sites. The missile site is simply an above ground look at he launch cover with several information posters - it's free. The better part is a few miles away where you... More

We were driving across ND on I94 and decided to take a nearly 1 hour detour north to see this facility. Glad we did. The tour underground was really interesting. You get to hold the launch keys in your hand even! Ask them about the missile silo two miles East of the facility. They are not affiliated with it but... More
