The service here is top notch, they will provide your needs to the fullest! They have helped us in managing our food supply, provide a comfortable place to sleep, helped hang a rope to dry our swimming suit, help us preparing our food and making sure we have all the equipment to cook, lighted up our bbq pit and so freaking friendly. All of us had a memorable experiences in Escape Penang with the team building activities and BBQ dinner. The staff in Escape Penang are great and friendly especially our team building PIC, Ali and our base camp PIC, Tarmizi. Both of them provide a excellent service to our group and helping us a lots such as helped us set up the fire, arrange an organized team building attractions with wet and dry games. Our group was so enjoyed during this 2 days 1 night team building in Escape Penang. The toilets is very clean and no smell at all. Words can’t describe but I definitely recommend Escape.

The activities are very fun. The place is nice, and the view from the flying fox level three is spectacular. Gloves and long pants would be recommended. Nazar, Ikhwan, and Ali from the acrobat are very friendly and helpful. In fact, every staff I met were friendly.

Totally have fun. We went for water park in the morning and changed to dry clothes for extreme activities. We couldnt try everything because the queue was long. Love the flying fox, free fall, zip coaster, banana flip, platform jump. Cant name all. If you have back pain or spine issues, be careful. Everything is at your own risk. Shout out to their staffs for their hospitality. Ali, Luqman and Khairul (I think) you guys are the best.

Cust services good, firepit tools completed inc firewood. tent provided, no air mattress coz will decrease comfort. Eunose help me a lot. Weekend recommended coz cheerful environment

Trapeze (aerobat) team was the best! They were encouraging to be around, and assisted each guest equally, no matter their level of experience. Our family has some experience with the trapeze, so the aerobat team was able to create a time to practice with us and they even brought in an expert to train us further. Thank you to the aerobat team, especially Ali and Ikhwan, for taking such good care of us! We had an amazing experience!

The facilities here is great! We have such a wonderful experience into Escape base camp! The staff over here is very supportive & friendly! They have helped us to prepare a large barbeque pits when they noticed we have more than 10 persons. I would totally recommend friends in group to have fun in here! Things to take note : 1) Prep the sleeping bag yourself 2) There are firewoods in the camp for you to burn, but better prep some fire starter. 3) There is water dispenser & charging port in the rest area.

Kids had a great day. The adventure side they enjoyed but get there at opening as it our kids found the adventure side exhausting in the heat after a few hours which made them appreciate the wet side 😀. They loved the worlds longest water slide and the Dead Sea pool. Lots of fun things to do we spent a whole day here. Lockers are available for hire. If you plan ahead and buy your tickets a few days before it is cheaper than if you purchase on the day. We went mid week so it wasn’t too crowded as the weekends would be hectic!

We visited this December and i am more than happy we choose to go there. It is a great place to enjoy with your friends and family. You will get to enjoy both adventure and water park in a single entry. If you want to enjoy all the rides in a single day, then I suggest you to reach there on time as the queue will be big for some famous rides(in seasons). Better to start from adventure side and then go to water park side. Bring your own water park cloths to save money.
