I was very interested in Cody Caves tours, because we are going to be for a few days at Ainsworth Hot Springs. I sent them an email, a few days past and no answer from them. Called them twice!!! and did not get an response. The worst customer service!

We returned your call on the evening of October 26th once we were able to gauge the effects of the heavy rain and low cloud at 600m. During this conversation we provided you a full explanation of our tour details and availability. We only run tours at this time of the season based on access conditions, which are changeable daily... More

Did the Family Tour with a friend - it was our first time caving. We had a great time and learned a lot about caving and caves in general. The drive up the logging road is long and bumpy, however my friend managed it okay in her car - just watch out for potholes. The hike up to the cave... More

We were a tour of 3 people and had a great time. Our guide was Steven. He was very good in providing information about the caves and giving us choices in accessing the different spots (easy, hard, dirty routes). I have done other cave tours and I think Steven was a great tour guide. We were on the explorer tour... More

I went with my husband and my 2 kids (aged 11 and 8) and we all had an amazing time. The drive up is bumpy so I was glad for our truck. It's about 10 kms up a logging road to the start of the trail so keep that in mind and maybe leave the Corvette at home for this... More

Wanted to do something different with our teens. This was awesome! The road up is a bit of an adventure but we made it fine in our minivan. The caves are cold (let me repeat) the caves are cold. Wear proper shoes and clothing. This is NOT a "touristy walk through" a well lit and properly staged cave exhibit... its... More

Our experience with the Cody caves was a disaster from start to finish. My daughter and I have never been in caves before but thought this would be a good adventure. Booked what I thought was beginner to intermediate skill level. Wasn't made aware the family tour was avail to adults without small children. Ultimately were booked in the adventure... More

My two sons - 20 and 23 went on the Adventure Tour and had a great experience with their guide. Rugged trip - from driving the road, hiking to the cave, climbing/shimmying/squeezing, getting a bit muddy (but had overalls) - but it was all worth it! Proper footwear is needed and will get muddy, but this is part of the... More

Went on the Explorer Tour during the first week of July. What a great experience! The tour was well organized. As long as you carefully read through the materials forwarded to you BEFORE you head out on your adventure, there should be no surprises. My wife and I are no great adventurers . . . a little hiking is about... More

Our family did the family tour last week and loved it. We are two 40-something parents and two boys 11 & 14. Our guide Steven was great and made sure we were safe and enjoyed ourselves. When they say be prepared with proper foot gear and clothing they mean it. We were glad we had layers of clothing and good... More

I first want to say the leader(employee) Orion, was pleasant, supportive and skilled. I was glad to be in his trusting care. We were a group of 4 ladies, who golf three times a week and do a little hiking, ranging from 65 to 75. No health issues. This experience was a daunting one, I have a reliable 2010 Prius,... More
