We are not skiers and visited here in summer but loved the place. Quieter than most we visited at this time of the year and perhaps a little bit out of the way but worth the diversion.

I was a long time resident of Sunpeaks when it first hit the ground. Services on the mountain throughout were a disappointment this weekend. What happened?'

Sun Peaks is a great place to visit in summer! We stayed for 5 days in a 4 bedroom townhouse (great price!) and it was so quiet. The kids enjoyed the space to run around, ride bikes, visit the pool (a bit pricey but good for kids), ice cream in the village, hike up the lift. Also, did a bike... More

Have been to SunPeaks twice now and really enjoy it. I really like the small village feel as compared to Whistler which is a lot bigger and jammed full of tourists. The only thing lacking at SunPeaks is the shopping really sucks, besides that I really enjoy it. The annual Retro Concert series that they had was awesome. Will definitely... More

Sun Peaks is our new favorite Family ski destination! It’s nearly a 5 hour drive from Vancouver but well worth it. We stayed over Easter long weekend at one of the many ski-in/out townhomes in the area. It’s not a Whistler with the huge range of restaurants, shops and attractions but it has everything we wanted in a family ski... More

Top quality talent (Alan Doyle and Beautiful Gypsies). Sunday farmers market and well maintained hiking trails.

Sun Peaks is a beautiful little hidden gem in BC. Lovely hotels (some need updating but still quaint) There is everything you need in one small area, great hills, spa and some shopping. Definitely worth trying any time of year!

Our first trip to Sun Peaks and loved everything about it. Did some hiking at the top of the mountain and enjoyed the views and abundant wild flowers. Well into our hike down the mountain the thunder, lightning and rain started. As it turned to hail, we were met by Tate of the Sun Peaks Resort driving up the hill.... More

Saw 3 bands on the Saturday. Barracuda the Heart band; the Rolling Stones; and Aerosmith bands. Fabulous day in the mountains. Next year think we will look into a room for the night. Great Time!
