Had difficulty find the start of the trail but once on it it was a nice hike. Nice views. Be sure to take water and wear a good pair of walking boots as it can be muddy in places.

First you walk 5km through a beautiful forest, if you walk silent you will meet a lot of birds and squirrels / chipmunks. They are curious and will come close. After reaching the lookout just relax, take photos and take your time. We did the...More

It's 13kms round trip and the trail is in good condition overall. Bring plenty of fluids, bug spray, and some snacks. There's are bathrooms at the parking lot and another one about 1km in, then that's it. There's a couple of warnings in the parking...More

The hike is very nice, but up until the end you are just hiking through trails in the woods. At the very end you get an amazing view! The hike is well worth it, took us about 50mins each way. Very popular spot so it...More

I clocked this walk at 13km, with 160m of ascent for the whole trip. The path from the trailhead car park is wide and clear, and impossible to miss in daylight. The only significant roughness is from tree roots, and in early June 2017 any...More

Hike is long and moderately difficult- have met people on the trail in flip flops which is crazy to me- definitely need to dress for it! View at the end is worth every step

A great trail throughout. Moderate hike. Walk through meadows and forests. The view of Cape Spilt is amazing. If you do not like heights, do not go.

It's one of those places you never get tired of going to. It's a really popular trail and rightfully so. I tracked 6K from start to finish.

This is a terrific hike but not for the faint of heart. Be sure to have drinking water and pack a lunch. Use a back pack to keep your hands free and relieve the 'load'. I am 85 years old and did the trek twice...More

Yes it is open in the winter but I'd be very careful. There are a couple parts with pretty steep slopes that lead to a drop off of a couple hundred feet so it could be very dangerous. But if you have the right equipment and... More
