Right in the heart of Pátzcuaro is this place where you can see the typical dance of "the aged ones" or "Los viejitos", eating a delicious ice cream of a variety of flavors.

Don't be shy - savor the ice creams from the stands on the arcade. Lovely spot to stroll and people watch.

This is a very large square with a parquet and fountains, surrounded by uniformly old buildings with shops and restaurants. A great place to have lunch and see people strolling by.

The plaza is in the middle of everything; you can visit dozens of tiny stores and restaurants around the plaza and enjoy the view of the huge trees that appear to be a hundred years or more.

This plaza initially looks like many others in many other Mexican towns, BUT, in fact, there is a lot to see and take in. The square itself is lovely, busy and seems to defy or go against traditional settings. What one thinks is the church...More

When you are here, you are in downtown and you can go to the surrounding by walking. If you can try to walk around early in the morning before the city movement starts and you will pick the sense of history and it's like being...More

Si, es una carretera muy buena, como recomendacion para que te sientas mas seguro, trata de viajar con luz de dia, pero nosotros no tuvimos ningun problema y disfrutamos mucho del viaje. Ademas es un trayecto corto.
