My husband and I dove 8 times over 5 days with the dive center. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and accommodating. We would highly recommend the dive center to new and experienced divers. They are a high quality dive shop at extremely reasonable prices.

Very friendly staff. They outfitted us well and when my husband, who has a big head, couldn't find the right snorkel mask, they loaned him some goggles for free. Nice!

You can't use fins for snorkeling in akumal bay, if you will dive is not a problem because the dive is out of akumal bay.

No it isn't. We snorkeled there to or hearts content. They do try to make you pay to do it as par of a tour but we were staying at Akumal Beach Resort and had no problems.
