Why do you spoil a great venue by misinforming people about changing treatments, options for trading in thalasso therapy, charging for basic items at breakfast whilst cutting back on the uninspiring buffet and making a boring dinner menu which doesn't change and anything decent has...More

Came here for my mum's birthday as a treat. We had a lovely relaxing day. Special thanks to Jessica, Stacie & Szandra for making the day even better by giving wonderful massages & pedicure. Thank you.

We (myself and wife) enjoy spas, both as day visitors and as residential breaks. So we bought a "Secret Escapes" voucher and booked into Henlow. First impressions were ok, but inside we thought the whole place was a little "tired" but adequate. The Champney Henlow...More

Have just returned from our third stay here. We spent 2 nights-and some of the previous reviews were a little harsh. We had a twin room overlooking the weir. As previously reported yes the room was a little tired-BUT was spotlessly clean & serviced each...More

Venue is getting dated. Rooms, public areas looks old. Food was quite poor (although availability of soya milk was very appreciated), breakfast was very poor, basically if you don't eat bread or cereal don't bother. Hot breakfast cost extra. Service in the restaurant was shocking,...More

My husband and I really enjoyed our time there. It is a traditional spa so not full of mod cons, etc. The food was good but super healthy.
