Cannot say enough great things about this museum. Greeted by an incredibly interesting docent who knew EVERYTHING about Ted Lewis - the entertainer/musician who influenced thousands. His personal belongings were wanted by the Smithsonian and Yale University, but the wife said "no" - they go...More

If you like old movies and the talent that goes with them, this museum is great. They have their own movie theatre, in a very interesting old building. Worth a look-see.

I recently toured there with a family reunion group. I remember seeing Ted Lewis on television and once when I was very young, he was the Grand Marshall of the Pumpkin Show Parade.

It is interesting to not only see some of the Ted Lewis items but also how the building is built. It is one of the only buildings remaining that was in the "circle" before the town was squared.
