There is a variety of shops and restaurants here. You can also enter the casino from here. This is an architectural gem and used to be the tallest building. I would not go out of the way to come here but will visit when in downtown or visiting the casino.

Came down for a Cavs game in early December. At 6 p.m. the overhead lights were dim and mall area close to empty. It's pretty intimidating to come to this dull, void of shopping area. It's a pass-through for commuters and hang-out for high school students who have "finished" their homework or should still be at the library doing same.... More

How can you not love Terminal Tower?! I paid to go up to the top (or as far as they will let you go) in the winter and it was beautiful! Very worth it. I'd love to go back in the summer.

Amazing architecture on Public Square. The building is lit up at night in various colors for holiday and themes. Truly one of Cleveland's gems. Inside is Tower City shopping. Beautiful entry with painted ceilings.

We were there for the tree lighting ceremony. We had a great time . The tree is beautiful. The best part was ice skating with the family. Lots of fun at a fair price.

I take the rapid transit to Tower City so I have an easy commute without needing to park. I like walking through the building to see the charming architecture and the fountain called "The Dancing Waters." Sometimes I stop by Starbucks for a coffee. When I leave the building, I always look at the architecture (e.g., the ceiling) of the... More

The tower signifies the traditions of Public Square and anchors a revitalized and beautiful downtown Cleveland. It is beautiful during the day and even more so at night when it is all lit up.

Took the family there to go up the tower. Checked on line for the hours, noon to 4 Sunday. Got there at 3:15 at the desk they said you can only by tickets online. They don't sell them there. I asked if I could buy them on my phone. They said they stop selling after 3PM. Big waste of time.
