This Theater has been restored to its 1920's style! Lots of Maroon velvet and beautiful detail work! The people that run it are the elite Snobs of Central Ohio and are proud of themselves and for good reason. Weather you are enjoying the Nutcracker ballet,...More

This is an absolutely gorgeous theater with what appears to be a well restored interior. Would advise seeing any show here just to see and enjoy the interior.

The Ohio is a fantastic historic theatre downtown. They do an excellent job of selecting touring shows. There is really not a bad seat in the house.

The Ohio Theater is a must see when visiting Columbus. This classic theater was almost subject to the wrecking ball but locals stepped in raised money to buy and restore her to what she is today. Go to Wikipedia, read the entire story and visit...More

Not only are there wonderful events here but the building is gorgeous. There are few beautiful buildings like this left so visit it while you can.

I have been to the Ohio Theater several times. It's a beautiful place. The seating is comfortable and you can see from almost anyplace you sit. Take a chance on going if you have the opportunity. You won't be disappointed.

Cross the street in the State House parking lot. Very convenient.
I won tickets to a show at the Ohio Theater. Worried about seat size as I'm a bigger girl. I'm in the Orchestra Section #3 if that makes a difference.

I think you will be OK. Leg room is kinda tight.
Are loge A seats good compared to floor? Looking at second row loge A furthest to right. Thanks!

Yes, the loge seats are great for watching performances. 2nd row is also excellent-nothing in your way.
