Besides boating and a good picnic spot there is nothing more in the wards lake. There is much more to explore in megahlaya than Shillong .

This lake is located inside the periphery of Shillong. So,transit is never a problem. You will find many locals here.It is a small lake and popular for boating. You can see fishes and ducks while you pedal your boat.Overall its a good place to visit.

You can go boating on the lake or just chill out with friends. This is a quiet place where you can simply relax. There is nothing much to do here.
