Nothing especially interesting. Just a pleasant walk through a hillside garden. Not suitable for those with severe mobility impairment.

The gardens are an interesting feature to walk through and could make for a pleasant wander. Clearly a lot of investment has been made to rejuvenate them. However, they are let down by the litter (empty drink cans, cigarette buts etc.) and general grubbiness found,...More

Very pretty, arranged and presented gardens overlooking the seafront. Interesting mix of vegetation and lovely to walk through or sit and look out over the sea.

Felixstowe itself is a well maintained holiday location and is ideal for a family with small children or a day out by the sea The beach is shingle with some sandy areas and the board walk stretches for miles and is a great walk

Meandering through these beautifully sculptured gardens is really special, particularly on a quiet summer's morning at first light! The dawn chorus suddenly erupts as flute-throated thrushes break into song, as if to welcome in the new day. Bobbing Robins join in harmoniously with warbling wrens,...More

This reminds me of when I lived in Felixstowe in the 50's. Lovely gardens and a real family atmosphere. A great deal of work has gone into these improvements and none of it has been wasted. A credit to all concerned.

The garden walk along the coast here is wonderful. My friend said they had recently restored them and I really enjoyed the views and walk.

We enjoyed our walk through these gardens, whilst they aren't really enough to be visited on their own, if you are visiting the town anyway then it's certainly worth a walk. They are well kept and make for a nice walk along the seafront.

Yes, a large car park in town, just behind the gardens. I think this car park is about £1.20 for up to 4 hours. Also, lots of parking along the seafront. Some areas you do have to pay however mostly not. There are car parks... More
