We are a small family run plant nursery, farm shop and cafe established 40 years ago. The farm is nestled in a quiet rural location, conveniently close to the 1066 walk to Battle and within a few miles of Hastings and Bexhill. The nursery and farm shop sell a wide range of high quality plants and produce, many grown and hand made on the premises, with friendly and knowledgeable staff always available to help with any questions.

They've got a great selection of nursery plants, and fruit and veg in the shop, as well as a fantastic array of cheeses and prepared foods (including scones pies and soups made on site). The Potting Shed cafe tucked into the conservatory in back offers a delicious range of soups, salads and sandwiches and eye-catching cake selections at lunchtime. We... More

This is our local go to place for tea/coffee & fabulous cakes. The home-made cakes & scones (especially the cheese ones) are hard to beat. The selection is so good that it can be hard to decide which to choose. The only answer we have found is to go more often & try them all!! I regularly recommend to my... More

Several people had recommended this place but what a disappointment. Very very cramped. Didn't appreciate sitting at wobbly table placed on shingle. Placing an order is difficult standing in a very cramped area up some steps while staff are trying to get down with very large trays full of hot drinks and food. Surely a health and safety issue. Staff... More

This is a real hidden gem and the cake is out of this world. I visit frequently to catch up with friends and use the farm shop which is attached.

We were recommended to go there by a local & were thoroughly pleased. It had a lovely garden with a Yert in it. The farm shop was a delight with the fabulous smell of home baking which lead us to buy some of the fare on offer. We sat outside under the super design of shade and chilled out with... More

Had a lovely lunch here this week, the Coconut Chicken was outstanding, as was the raspberry and lemon cake - would highly recommend this cafe. Sitting outside in the sunshine, with all the lovely plants around, was a lovely setting for a relaxed lunch. The staff were very friendly and cheerful.

had lunch and tea here during our stay in Battle. Little tricky to find the first time but worth the trip. Lovely area, sitting in amongst all the plants outside or inside in their cozy room. Amazing cakes - to die for chocolate and pomegranite and lime and courgette cakes! Mum had welsh rarebit - the true version and she... More

Found this brilliant farm shop and nursery on the internet whilst camping nearby. As regular "hunters" of fresh and local produce for our BBQ and camping food, this great find met all our needs. Great frsh bread, cakes and pies ( what a lovely smell greats you when you enter the shop!!). Great selection of fruit and vegetables with a... More

We discovered Great Park farm when we moved to Battle. Initially as a garden centre, then as a lovely shop for our Christmas Turkey and then as a Tea Rooms. It's worth pointing out that if your visiting Battle to visit the Abbey and Battle Field, but fancy getting away from the centre of town, you can walk from the... More
