Small but very interesting with a wide variety of exhibits from dresses to fish to cars! Even got Eddie Izzards train set. Helpful staff. I must go back for a longer look.

Far better than I thought it would be. Not the normal sea side tatty half baked museum. This Museum we well planned and full of fascinating exhibits.....plenty of buttons for the kids to press....and a lot of interesting stuff for adults. A very worthwhile place to visit......right next to the Park and the brilliant children's play area,

This local museum has a lot to offer. There is a fantastic exhibition of 20s and 30s clothing together with Eddie Izzard's childhood trainset with it's depiction of local places such as Sidley and Bexhill. There is also a very valuable access centre which holds very interesting local history.

We're not locals, but try to visit Bexhill Museum every time we're in town because it's so interesting, with a great mix of archaeology, history and motoring. We particularly like the stories about the Maharaja's contribution to Bexhill and the birth of British motor racing. The volunteer staff are also very friendly.

Was staying in Bexhill on Sea for a weekend break and decided to look in the Bexhill Museum. Only £3 each to get in which we thought was great value and an excellent way to spend a few hours on a cold winters day in February. A cup of coffee in a cafe could cost more. It had some very... More

A lovely visit to the museum with a lady in her 60s, lots of reliving her past and looking at the exhibits. There is something for everyone here, and you could easily spend a couple of hours.

A brilliant place to visit, so many interesting things to look at and read about. I go there quite often, and still find things to interest me.

The weather was awful in Bexhill last Saturday so this Museum, just off the seafront, provided the perfect retreat from the rain and wind. The Museum is well looked after and for a small entrance fee it has a surprising variety of exhibits from dinosaur bones (found in the local area) to vintage clothing, toys, cars and much more. There... More
