As the lady before me said, it's a great place to stop on the way to or from somewhere else. The cheese tours are only during the week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday I think), which is a pity for us weekend visitors. The staff were warm, friendly and helpful. The cheese was great and they sell other local goodies too. Will definitely return at some point. Btw, they charge for the tour, fair enough of course and at time of writing, it's £3 for adults and £1.75 for children.…

This small cafe / cheesemakers is a great little place to stop on-route to somewhere else. They run demonstrations of the cheese making they do on-site - the "factory" consists of two workrooms and two storage areas. The hands-on demonstration only lasts about 30 - 40 mins but is worth doing. The Cafe was very nice , and of course you can buy cheese to take away too. HINT: our sat nav took us off the main road too early…
