Loved this. £2.50 to get in as we had a train ticket. Was expecting a couple of birds but instead there were loads, plus reptiles and rabbits. Our 3 and a half year old daughter (who was free) absolutely loved it. Here face was worth every penny of my entry fee. Staff were really engaging and knowledgeable. Most importantly with these sorts of things that I’m always conscious of is the animal welfare. I’m no animal expert but their areas looked clean, they all looked healthy and no animal appeared distressed or upset. I’d highly recommend a visit.

The best family activity on the Island we have ever done. Booked the 1 hour bird of prey experience with my 5 and 9 year old plus 2 adults for £60. You can fly a hawk for £5, walk the ferrets £3 or be a falconer for a day, there are several packages or just visit the centre for a small fee. Whatever your budget can allow the experience is great value for money. We had an amazing day with our Falconry Keeley, it was clear she loves the animals she cares for. All the team there were so friendly and knowledgeable they stopped to chat and give you information. We heard the centre has a wish list for the animals. My children choose a new bell for the parakeets. The new toy was taken straight to their enclosure and it was a delight to see and hear them playing with it straight away. We arrived an hour before the experience to look around the centre and were delighted to meet several birds, including an owl.that had escaped during the morning show. It was great to hear all the stories from the team and learn so much information about the beautiful birds they care for so much.

My 9 yr old had a great day with Josh with lots of hands on experience with the birds and other animals. We enjoyed the 2 shows as well. Josh and the others are really knowledgeable and kept educating us with lots of facts. It is only a small place and with Covid and bird flu has been hit hard so please support by visiting them!

Great visit to the Falconry which us tucked away behind the steam train at Havenstreet. The love & passion for the birds is obvious & we spent a fascinating time with Kayleigh & learnt so much. Kayleigh was patient with our idiot questions & gave us as much time with each owl as we wanted. Only complaint was that it was over too soon
