I went to the Needles attraction with my family on 20th May .The attractions were very over priced and most apart from the chairlift are really only suitable for very young children.Having just enough tickets left at the end of the visit for a ride down to Alum bay on the chairlift my son and myself decided we would do... The restaurant portions are plentiful, the chairlift down to see the needles is a must as is the coloured sand. The glass blowing display was informative and kept the attention of our group age range 2-90 years. It's just a shame that all there is to do has a price tag attached to it. £2 per child or so for... Lovely views to be seen across the island, enjoyed the chair lift ride down to the beach although as others have said, there is very little to do once you are there. Caught the lift back up to the top. Played crazy golf and visited the 4D cinema. Spent some time in the gift shop which although well stocked with... More

We cycled here from Cowes during a tour of the IOW. Our first impressions were of the 'funfair' and the big car park at Alum Bay, horrible development of such a beautiful place. Continuing onwards we cycled to the National Trust car park at the end of the island, not developed at all other than the Coastwatch station and the... More

Even though we were staying at the other side of the island we had to visit the needles and we were so glad we did! We took the chairlift down to the beach and the views were amazing! If you buy a book of saver tickets it was £9 for two people rather than £6 each so not badly priced... More

It come across as being a very touristy place and is set out to get as much from the tourist as it can, its a bit over priced. It was nice to go down onto the beach via the cable car, the beach is clean and relaxing spot. The car park is a little steep price but there you go.

We visited the needles amusement park in early May while we were on a week on a week's break in the Isle of Wight. So good was our experience that we went to the park two days in a row. The chairlift down the cliff was beyond amazing. The theme park is easily reachable by Bus, plenty of parking space... More

First impression was bad as we had to pay £5 to park the car which i didnt mind if it was stated on the website. View and viewing platform were great, nice little few attractions for the kids. Cable car looled awesome but chosen to walk to beach which was a short walk downwards. Unfortunately it was windy and not... More

After driving over from Shanklin and experiecing the Isle of Wight at it's unspoiled best we were horrified at what had become of the island's famous landmark..... we were coerced into paying £5 to park the car for 'the whole day'. My elderly in-laws could not walk to the top of the cliff as it was much farther than the... More
