After a particularly bad experience with Bell Italia at Bluewater I swore I would not use this chain again. However my granddaughter asked to go so I relented. The service ,food and cleanliness were excellent. Our waitress was Paula. So friendly and welcoming. Would recommend highly

Me, my partner, our young child and a friend visited for a late lunch. When we walked in we were greeted by Maria who sat us down and provided us with a highchair. Both Maria and Jemma served us during our visit. They were so friendly, very polite and very fun! They made sure to check on us and kept... More

As a foodie myself I was impressed by the quality and service received at Bella Italia last night. We ordered starters, mains and one desert to share, all of which was served promptly and piping hot. Not only was the food well presented but the portions were huge and bursting with flavour!! Our waiter, Shane, was training on his first... More
