lovely clean place the whey butter is gorgeous very tasty cheese cut fresh is nicer taste than packaged would buy from again

It's worth a visit, see how the cheese is made, free tours during the week and the shop sells a good selection of cheeses. You can sample the cheese before buying.

Had our Cheese Wedding cake from here. Lovely people to buy from. Great choice of cheeses, and every accompaniment you could wish for. Love calling at this place.

I don't believe that there is a "time" as it depends on production needs, but I understand early is best 10:00am 'ish?, enjoy
