We went here to see Santa with our youngest 8 year old. We had a lovely day. I booked our visit at 4pm so we could get the best of both worlds by seeing the place in the light and darkness. The Santas walk to the grotto was amazing. The whole thing was just magical. The warm cookies were delicious... More

Thanks for your review. Look out for our new 4D cinema planned for Easter 2017. More

When we entered the indoor discovery centre, we were really disappointed. 80% of the buttons in the discovery centre don't work, lots of parts have been pulled off or are broken and it looks old and shabby everywhere. We had an expensive but very poor quality meal in the cafe before going outside. The outside area is nice. Lots of... More

Thanks for your review. Sorry to read that you found the inside areas a little disappointing. We are having a blitz over January to clear all the backlog of repairs and have a new 4D cinema due for installation before Easter 2017. This should make a great addition to our indoor facilities so I hope you will visit us again... More

We visited on the 29th Dec when there wasn't much else open in the area for our break away. The whole place was crisp and frosty and we were glad that there was reduced pricing on the tickets as only the walks were open with a winter panto on in the centre. The food is a little over priced, but... More

Visited with a group of friends for a Christmas Party night. Very well organised once the initial bar queue was shortened. Food arrived piping hot and everything was at the table together which was impressive given the scale of catering involved. Anything we asked for arrived speedily. Tasted great and very generous portion sizes. No complaints at all.

We decided to visit the Winter Wonderland on Xmas Eve as a good way to start Xmas, it was brilliant from start to finish. We went for a later slot so the lights would be more effective and it was, lovely decorations. There is a soft play area and cafe etc. to use while you wait for your allotted time.... More

First visit to Conkers this evening, despite being less than 20 miles away. Partly due to time constraints and not realising that you need to pre-book Santa seemingly everywhere this year,I left it fairly last minute, having researched,I called up on Wednesday 22nd to see if there was any availability for Friday evening (I thought the lights at night would look great).... Magical walk through winter wonderland to Santa's Grotto. Christmas lights were excellent as was mince pie and mulled wine. Santa's elves made the experience even more enjoyable both for children and adults. Would strongly recommend a visit.

Visited for the first time to visit Santa in the winter wonderland. All three children really enjoyed it and so did we. Amazing value, great service, brilliant visit to Santa. Could not have asked for more. Thank you.

We've got a family annual ticket so it only costs us the petrol money to get here. Even in December it's a great experience for the kids who just love the adventure trails. They were so energetic that they took off their coats!!! Back to the cafe for a hearty lunch and hit chocolate before takling the indoor play area.... More

We went with our son on Thursday as part of a very large school trip. We had an absolutely fantastic time and more importantly, so did our son. Before we left school, we were given an itinerary explaining where we had to be at certain times in the day - all organised by Conkers the teachers explained. Ok, the weather... More
