Recently returned from a two night/ three day break with my friend.Champneys Springs is the best antedote for a truly relaxing time..A wonderful pre- Christmas affordable break. Our bedroom was extremely comfortable, with all we needed for our stay. The lounge areas are so relaxing and we enjoyed lovely short naps on the very comfortable sofa's. The resort is fantastic... Visited as we picked up a secret escapes deal. Still proved to be an expensive weekend with add ons and the price of treatments. My partners massage was cut short too but when we complained they offered to rectify with an extra treatment. Amenities look tired and our room also felt like it needed a face lift. Not the luxury... Visited overnight with my daughter and not the experience we had anticipated.General public areas are quite scruffy without any feeling of luxury. We had booked a "superior"room which was just a basic room and nothing special. We were unable to book any of the exercise classes and no help from the gym staff to offer an alternative. We felt like an inconvenience to... We visited on a day spa package as two couples and will definitely not be returning. Not a patch on previous spas we've visited; Eden, Ragdale, Aqua Sana and Fairlawns all have better facilities. The experience was negative even before the day itself. The website is not user friendly, so trying to book treatments is a complete rigmarole. They charge... More

We had booked a yoga weekend here and arrived around 2pm on the Friday. Additional treatments had been booked over the phone and we were advised that they would be fitted around the yoga. Our welcome was poor. No welcome drink offered. We were given a pack that showed our spa treatments clashed with our yoga practice and were told... More

First visit & disappointed. Needs more spa facilities!!! A tiny sauna & steam room in the ladies changing rooms & that's your lot! Theres a horrid room with camp beds in, covered in very uninspiring black & grey cheap bedding. The leather was badly worn on the relaxers in the lounge area & were covered with blankets. The skirting boards... More

I took my 15 year old daughter for her birthday this was her first visit to a Spa. Which she really enjoyed. The staff could not do enough for us, from the minute we arrived the reception staff greeted us and gave us all the information of the day ahead. They were so attentive making our day a very special... More
