Very friendly pub with decent beer and cider and comfortable surroundings in which to drink, separate rooms with interesting photos and pictures of old Berwick. Live music downstairs as advertised

Great local pub full of atmosphere, chat, friendliness and good beers on tap. The staff were lovely, the decor was quirky and the bonus was live music in the basement every weekend. Proper pub experience which is so sadly lacking in our cities now.

Very friendly pub with a great atmosphere full of bits and pieces.Has not been decorated in years but this adds to the character. There is a live music venue downstairs. Very popular and worth a visit.

They have a telly but it is rarely on. They usually show rugby 6 nations and not much else.
