Our recent three day visit to Edwinstowe was a very beautiful experience, the locals we're all very friendly, the pubs and restaurants all very good bar one, and the surroundings are something I wish we had closer to us, the residents of the village should be very proud and care about what they have around them here as it's a... We visited here as it the was closet village to the accommodation that we were in. An unusual high street, but clean and friendly.

The town of Edwinstone is a quaint, Robin Hood obsessed place but does have lots of charm. The sausages at the local butchers are very tasty. Lots of festivals going on in the summer months and national cycle routes nearby. Well worth a visit

Good Arts and Crafts centre, but only 1 hour parking in the main street. A few small individual shops were good but not much else to see here.
