Didn't go here diving but to accompany three children all under 10 who are undertaking a triathlon with an open water 50 metre swim at the start. Conveniently located nearby and a good clean introduction. Not a terribly easy place to find and definitely need...More

Our dive club spent another great morning training at Dosthill. Not too crowded, plenty of space, ok vis, nice sausage and egg sandwich. What more do you need? Ok so it's a bit rough round the edges but they really make the most of things...More

Ive recentley visited this place to complete some diving qualifications its been over 6 years since I was last here. Yes some of the facilities are basic (toilets) but I would challenge anyone to find a friendlier bunch of people. The visabilty was good although...More

Back diving after a long break. Used to dive Dosthill 20 plus years ago! - Nothing's changed (including the portaloos!) Had a nice friday evening dive with a friend from Bedford, so nice site to 'meet in the middle' and Friday evening opening is perfect...More

I regularly dive Dosthill and the reason is a mixture of things. The max depth is 24m and there are several objects to navigate between. At the back the vis is always good so you can take a camera and snap pike, perch, eels, roach,...More

Spent a couple of days at Dosthill taking our dry suit certification. From the moment we arrived we were not only treated like old friends but also VIP's! Ian, Dan and Rob gave us the reassurance and confidence we needed throughout the whole weekend. We...More

I've dived here before and there's lots to like. Car parking close to water, great area with concrete steps to sit on /kit up on, friendly and helpful staff. Air station for fills at reasonable prices. The viz on our last trip was fantastic -...More

Always a nice local plop and much more to see in there now then there was before. Vis isn't garenteed but that's the same anywhere. I just wish they would sort out the toilets!

As novice divers, my wife and I needed somewhere to offer practical water time but more importantly, time, patience and encouragement. Ian, Dan and all of the team at Dosthill could not offer any more of the above, and along with the efforts of two...More
