Yes they are - we took ours. Must be on lead and mist clear up after them. No poo bins though.

Yes indeed. As I recall it was a tenner each. There are loos and I don't think they'd mind a picnic but there's not really seating for such. Enjoy, surprise round every corner.

No there are no provisions for picnics however there are a few seating areas
