Fun evening and great food

This is a beautiful venue for Christmas party nights. Food was really good, staff were friendly and happy. All in all a good experience. Would recommend.

I stayed there for 1 night for a wedding, the venue itself is beautiful, one of the nicest wedding venues i`ve seen in England. We checked in few hours before the wedding started, the room was big but very dated and the bedding wasn't very nice, there was an ancient telly in the room about the size of a laptop... More

Great little tourist spot just a short walk away from the town centre with views spanning across Farnham and the surrounding countryside, along with historical background and information. Great little afternoon

Think that 1066 was the last invasion of Britain? Think again! Situated at the top of Castle Street the castle has a small car park but is mostly uncrowded. Otherwise there is a steep walk from the Village. Standing at the top of a hill overlooking the town of Farnham, at the edge of Farnham Park, is this motte and... More

Lots of information is provided at the entrance through an audio guide, which is quite nice. We went on a Saturday around noon and there was almost no one. So I liked that it wasn't very crowded and you could stay as long as you wanted. It is a shame that it was quite cold and foggy so we couldn't... More

Farnham Castle towers above the pretty town and commands 360 views across the Surrey countryside. There's a new visitors centre with a good display about the history of the castle. There are things to touch and interface with and there's level access. The castle is atop a steep set of steps and is well worth the climb. The views are... More

A simple castle high above Farnham for those wishing to escape the shops of town. Sit on the chairs on the green lawn out front or climb the stairs for a birds-eye view of Farnham. Great little heritage piece from the 12th century and quite the wedding place for those so inclined. It is worth the climb especially if you... More

This little gem is well worth the steep climb upfrom the town. There is an automated introductory audio guide as you arrive and thereafter plenty of information panels. The views are magnificent but the incredible depth of the central earthwork is what really surprises. Hang onto your children.

Brilliant wedding on Friday. The food was delicious, the service was great and the setting is fabulous. We stayed in the annexe afterwards in a family room and that was lovely.

Thank HanD
