lovely museum where the children can get dressed up as hostoric kings and queens etc, also activies were put on for educational needs for school topics

I often go to the museum as it's very local . They always have excibits about our local area on the ground floor. And new every couple of months on first floor . Their is also an Art gallery and gift shop and tearooms ....More

Last time I visited the museum was about 10 years ago and its still as warm and friendly as it was back then. An addition now of animals which was new and so many things to look at and interact with if you have children....More

Stopped to visit on a very wet day. Entrance free, interesting local information and a very good art gallery. friendly and knowledgeable staff

I ordered coffee and cake. The food was OK but the service was very disappointing. The member of staff did not want to be bothered and was quite rude not listening to a question I asked.
