Lovely church with beautiful stained glass windows. The Lucy chapel is of particular interest in that it accommodates the 17th century tombs of three successive Sir Thomas Lucy. Dame Judy Dench and her husband lived in Charlcote and Michael is buried in the churchyard.

We popped into this Church as it was near the Hotel and it was raining. It has lovely architecture and amazing stained glass windows. Very interesting and picturesque church located just by the from entrance to the NT property. Is the burial place for members of the Lucy family and their tombs are certainly impressive. Well worth checking out.

Nice visit. Very quiet. Lights come on as you move around the Church. Small congregation I imagine who do their best to welcome visitors.
