You can park the car on the road close by and walk across the field to it. There is also a public footpath beyond it with wonderful Sussexcountry views

There is no denying that this is an amazing piece of architecture. The history of the recent renovation work is also interesting (including the local authority awarding it 'listed building' status and therefore slowing down the whole process, but safeguarding its future). Fairly mellow surroundings (once you've crossed the busy road), with cows to keep you company whilst you enjoy... More

Visit :Anytime catching a train during daylight hours Pros: Amazing views of Sussex(Weald) countryside. Cons: The only way to see it is on a London-Southcoast mainline train, sounds easy ? not when the trainline is run by Southern/Thameslink :-(

A stunning piece of rail architecture that is truly amazing close up. Incredible to see such an amazing piece of history still in constant use.

A short walk from the road along a public footpath is this amazing viaduct. With 37 arches each built with a soffit to reduce the number of bricks and weight of the structure this is an awesome view. Great to stand and admire, there will usually be a photographer about trying to do it justice. Enjoy this superb structure.

You might notice this on the way past in the car, or you might not. It is high and big and possibility of architectural value(hence 2 spots) and I have walked underneath it. It says something of Haywards Heath that is is classed as a worthy attraction!

Well I always bring friends past this bridge and stop so they can get a picture. The very best advice....wait for a train to go past and take a picture of the train on then bridge. Then when you go to London from Haywards Heath or Brighton...sit on the right side of the train facing forward. Be ready with you... More
