Tour guide was informative. It was a large tour group of 26, I think it would have been more personal and less squishy if the group were smaller. However the cave itself was pretty breath taking and the glow worms were cool.

Cute cave with plenty of formations. Well guided by Alwyn who shows a genuine caring and interest in the cave - well done. The families on the tour enjoyed themselves and the children were well engaged in the viewing and information.

This is a great few hours of caves and stalagmites etc. It is not to expensive but a great experience for young and old. The history is amazing.

We were planning on visiting the Marakoopa cave and doing the rivers and glow worms tour. However, upon arriving we were told this cave was closed due to bridge repairs. It was a bit disappointing to hear this considering the website had no indication that...More

We went in the first tour of the morning at 10am. It's a short walk from the final car park to the cave. Dress reasonably warmly as the cave is 9 degrees Celsius year round. The cave is well developed with good footing and lighting...More

Hadn't planned to go to "another cave" but this ended up being last minute. Better than expected even with quite a big group of 20 or so. The guide made the trip worthwhile.

Such a beautiful cave! The tour guide we had was very informative and passionate about her job. Wonderful experience for adults and children. It's a little bit of a drive from Launceston but the scenery along the way is totally worth it.

Hello, I would like to join a combined Cradle Mountain and Mole Creek tour departing from Launceston, can someone help? Right now I can only find Cradle Mountain tours but not a combined one. Many thanks!

Hi. I doubt you will get one tour that does both as they are about 90 kms apart and either one from Launceston would be a full day. But try contacting a tour organiser in Launceston rather than looking on line as they may... More
