All undercover, very friendly stall holders, we didn't find it very busy. Mostly antiques/second hand goods which suited us. Great bacon and eggs at the food court. Very cheap by Melbourne standards

This was just your average beachside town market if you are looking for second hand goods. There was live music when we were there which was good but I wouldn’t list as a MUST see.

Driving through penguin. Saw this advertised on highway. Stopped in. It was cute. Nearly everyone there are clearly locals and it was a fun cultural experience. Cute. Very cute.

There are plenty of little rooms with different things to see art and craft seem to be the main things and it does have a small food hall and court yard area where someone plays music and sings
